No. Our books and this website are for general information and wellbeing only. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for care from a qualified health professional. If you're unwell or unsure, please talk to your doctor.

How long are the books?

Deliberately short — designed to be read in a sitting or two. The point is to finish them, not to add another unread title to the pile.

Buying & delivery

Where do I buy the books?

Every title is sold and delivered through Amazon. Tapping Buy on Amazon takes you to the book's Amazon listing, where you check out and pay. We don't process payments or store any card details on this site.

What formats are available?

Books are available on Amazon in the formats shown on each listing — typically Kindle (eBook) and paperback. Availability and price are set and displayed on Amazon.

How does the free monthly book work?

Each month we give one book away free. Pop your email into the free-book form and we'll send it to your inbox. It's one book a month, no spam, and you can unsubscribe any time.

Can I read a sample first?

Yes — tap the rolled corner on a book cover to read a free chapter before you buy.

Returns, refunds & delivery times

Because purchases are completed on Amazon, orders, delivery, returns and refunds are handled by Amazon under Amazon's terms and policies. For anything to do with a purchase — delivery timing, a refund, a download problem, or a faulty item — please use Amazon's returns and customer service, which is the fastest way to resolve it.
